What you bring - 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a solid grasp of project planning, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking. - Experience supporting technology rollouts or adoption initiatives, including coordinating training and communications with end users. - Strong documentation skills, able to communicate plans, updates, and decisions clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. - A detail-oriented mindset, with experience tracking success metrics and KPIs to support program reporting - PMP, PMI-ACP or similar certifications is a plus. - An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes. #LI-TD1 Pay Transparency Disclosure We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop ranges for our roles and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
