Recent launches led by TPMs on this team include Equities, Prediction Markets, Derivatives, and Credit Card. What you'll do: - Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up, ensuring scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics are defined and tracked. - Drive the operating cadence for your programs (kickoffs, status reviews, dashboards, risk tracking) to keep teams aligned and accountable across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business partners. - Identify risks and cross-team dependencies proactively, drive mitigations, and escalate crisply when leadership decisions are needed. - Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate technical trade-offs around reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability, ensuring architecture decisions support program goals. - Translate product and business goals into executable program plans and define program-level KPIs that guide prioritization and decision-making.
