Senior GTM Recruiter

Join Axon and be a Force for Good. At Axon, we’re on a mission to Protect Life. We’re explorers, pursuing society’s most critical safety and justice issues with our ecosystem of devices and cloud software. Like our products, we work better together. Here, you’ll take ownership and drive real change. Constantly grow as you work hard for a mission that matters at a company where you matter. Global Talent Acquisition This Is Not a Back-Office Recruiting Role This is a front-line, high-impact role for recruiters who know how to win, who can partner with senior leaders, and who want their work to matter beyond filling seats. At Axon, we don’t recruit for “jobs.” We recruit for a mission: to protect life, build trust, and create safer communities. We move fast, we think big, and we expect our recruiters to bring swagger, boldness, and grit to the table. If you’re the kind of recruiter who thrives on hard searches, strong opinions, data-backed decisions, and telling leaders the truth—you’ll fit right in. Your Impact As a Senior GTM Recruiter at Axon, you will own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact sales roles that directly fuel our growth and mission. Recruiting here is a team sport, but ownership matters—and you’ll have plenty of it. What You’ll Do Location: This role is based out of our Phoenix Headquarters (N. Scottsdale) office and follows a hybrid schedule.
